Prescriptions
Please bring all current medications, including any vitamins and supplements, to each appointment - even if prescribed by
another physician. Whenever possible, please ask for all refills of continuous medications during your appointment.
If your prescription expires before your next visit, please call the pharmacy that filled the prescription so that they may contact
our office for refills. Calls to pharmacies regarding refills are usually returned the same business day.
